Interior of the restaurant is fantastic... Makes u feel like you went in to another world in the museum..
We went to Novus during the restaurant week. I had the 3 course set lunch and was able to choose my choice of starter, main and desert...
My main was stuffed & rolled chicken. Mind you, its done with breast meat and it's incredibly soft and tender.
Wild mushrooms and Black truffle.. Yummy!
My desert, the best chocolate test I've ever tried! Given a choice, I'm ask for a bigger portion or by itself, the souffle and chocolate sorbert...
